Our Story
We are a family-owned business that started selling our homegrown beef in May of 2022. We have four children and wanted to diversify our business into something local. We are teaching our family how to work hard and how it pays off. When we started breeding Wagyu semen into our cows, we thought this could be a good opportunity to differentiate our farm from others. The Wagyu breed produces a higher marbling meat that is finished both longer and slower than your regular beef animal. Our cattle are raised with special care. They are grass fed and grain finished and ready for processing around 30 months of age. They receive no growth implants or hormones. We support local businesses and want people to know how their meat is raised and where it is coming from.
